Job Summary
The Mobile Engineer is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment across multiple systems. This role covers 18 bank facilities and requires technical expertise in one primary craft area (HVAC, piping/light plumbing) and proficiency across others.

Job Summary
The Mobile Engineer is responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment across multiple systems. This role covers 18 bank facilities and requires technical expertise in one primary craft area (HVAC, piping/light plumbing) and proficiency across others.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems.
- Travel between facilities to ensure operational integrity.
- Oversee facility services including preventative maintenance, inventory control, and contractor management.
- Clean, inspect, calibrate, and replace HVAC components to ensure optimal performance.
- Record equipment readings and make necessary adjustments.
- Safely store, use, and dispose of hazardous materials per departmental policy.
- Monitor contractor work for quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain safety standards and propose hazard mitigation strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial building system maintenance and repair.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve issues in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- EPA 608 Universal Certification.
- Two years of trade school in electrical system design, refrigeration, or HVAC.
