Business Systems Analyst

Job Description:
The firm provides advanced economic, financial, and econometric analysis to law firms, companies, and government agencies.

You will be responsible for supporting and administering complex business systems applications and providing technical solutions to complex problems. You will also be responsible for analyzing business system processes, systems, and other resources on a continuing basis to implement best practices for the firm s use. You will:

• Manage and administer business systems applications to support the needs of the firm.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems of varying complexity, escalating only the most challenging problems to the Manager.
• Support, monitor, integrate, and maintain software solutions.
• Train staff on using business systems software and advise on best practices.
• Analyze, recommend, and lead technical efforts to improve business systems processes, performance, and integration.
• Coordinate outside resources and vendors to ensure adequate support and improving capabilities in business systems.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in systems engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience working in an ERP solution.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically the Finance and Operations module.
• Proficiency in:
• MS SQL Server.
• Microsoft Power BI.
• Microsoft SharePoint and Teams
• Scripting environments, macro languages, web technologies, and document formatting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) or Azure Analysis Services (AAS).
• Experience in enhancing the performance of tabular models within Analysis Services is preferred.
• Experience in developing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Understanding of automated testing tools such as RSAT or Leapwork and experience with Azure Snynapse, Azure Data Factory, and Fabric is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively under dynamic circumstances, tight deadlines, and high-pressure situations.
• Ability to successfully work with individuals of varying backgrounds, levels, and departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical issues to diverse audiences.
• May require more than 40.0 hours per week to perform the essential duties of the position.
