Job Details

Role Title: Change Management Specialist

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: Through December 2025 (with potential extension into 2026, subject to budget approval)

Location: Hybrid (onsite presence required)

We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to support Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) initiatives and process/tool enhancements across Procurement and related functions. This role will be responsible for designing and executing integrated change management strategies that drive adoption, build momentum, and ensure alignment across business leaders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Sponsorship & Alignment

  • Partner with TPRM Advisory Committee leaders to reinforce benefits and guiding principles.
  • Ensure executive sponsors and procurement partners remain aligned and informed on Internal Audit remediation activities.

Change Management Strategy

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans that generate engagement and support for TPRM process and tool changes.
  • Maintain an integrated TPRM communications calendar, coordinating with related Procurement & Supplier Management (PSC) functions.
  • Manage communication events, training programs, and other change activities.
  • Contribute to the design and rollout of a new external-facing TPRM SharePoint site.

Cross-Functional Integration

  • Collaborate with other teams supporting the launch of new systems to ensure consistent, aligned change management approaches.

Required Experience & Skills

A strong Change Management consultant with proven expertise in:

Change Management Assessment

  • Building the case for change
  • Leader alignment and action planning
  • Stakeholder assessment and mapping
  • Designing change roadmaps
  • Developing change dashboards

Change Management Development

  • Change impact and readiness assessments
  • Communication and engagement planning
  • Training program design (integrated with system launch teams)
