Title: SAP OTC Consultant
Location: Plano, Texas or Seattle, WA
Duration: Contract
Position Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned SAP OTC Functional Consultant with 5-8 years of experience in SAP SD / OTC processes and a solid technical background. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on exposure to SAP ECC OTC. This role demands a deep understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, cross-functional integration FI, MM, CRM, Hybris, and the ability to drive complex solutioning in both technical and business process areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead OTC solutioning, configuration, and implementation across SAP SD modules, including Pricing, Order Management, Billing, Credit Management, Delivery, and Returns.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Develop or guide ABAP enhancements including user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, LORD API and custom reports.
- Manage and troubleshoot EDI / IDoc interfaces, batch jobs, and integration flows with other SAP and third-party logistics systems.
- Lead functional testing, regression testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Provide mentoring to junior consultants and assist in solution reviews, quality assurance, and best practice governance.
Required Skills Experience:
- 5-8+ years of experience in SAP SD / OTC as a techno-functional consultant.
- Proven experience with configuration of Sales Orders, Delivery, Pricing, Billing, Credit Checks, and Account Receivables.
- Strong ABAP debugging skills and knowledge of enhancement frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of integration touchpoints across SAP modules (FI, MM, WM, GTS, SCM, MDG, CRM).
- Experience working in Agile/Waterfall environments with global delivery teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience manufacturing industries is a plus.
- SAP certification in SD
