Description
We are looking for a skilled ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to optimize business processes, support system migrations, and provide strategic guidance on ERP and CRM solutions. This position offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities to contribute to international business operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support migration efforts from ECC6 to S/4 systems, ensuring seamless transitions.
Provide consulting expertise in Sales and Distribution processes and applications within S/4 environments.
Collaborate on projects to maximize the effective use of S/4, Sales Cloud, and Analytics for global business operations.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and business processes.
Conduct virtual and on-site trainings to support user adoption and system familiarity.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Support international teams with ERP/CRM solutions and ensure alignment across global operations.
Manage configurations and integrations to enhance system functionality and user experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
Proficiency in S/4 systems, particularly in Sales and Distribution modules.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and analytics platforms.
Strong background in business process analysis and documentation.
Experience with manufacturing industry processes is preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with global teams.
Willingness to travel internationally, up to 10%, for training and project support.
