Overview:
The Manager of Enterprise Systems will lead the team responsible for CLIENT s PeopleSoft Financials, Human Resources systems, and related enterprise applications. This role oversees the full lifecycle of enterprise systems, including design, implementation, maintenance, integrations, upgrades, and eventual replacement or retirement. The manager will serve as product owner, ensuring systems align with business needs while managing staff, vendors, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead scrum teams managing enterprise systems throughout their lifecycle.
- Oversee PeopleSoft Financials (AP, GL, AM, AR, Billing, eProcurement, eBill Pay, Security), PeopleSoft HR, and Hyperion (PBCS).
- Manage vendor and managed services relationships for financial and HR applications.
- Provide leadership in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Ensure systems reliability, upgrades, patches, and support processes.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, risk management, and system integration initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to develop technology roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years experience managing enterprise applications, including financials and HR systems.
- Strong background in project management, budgeting, and staff development.
- Experience with system integrations, business process mapping, and data analysis.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Must pass criminal history background check.
