Oracle Cloud SaaS, PaaS, and Infra Resource position. We are looking for a candidate with 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud (SaaS, PaaS, and Instance Management) for an onshore role at our client location in St. Louis, USA. The duration of the position is 4 months, with potential for extension.
We are looking for candidates having strong Admin experience with SaaS (BI Report, OTBI, Migration), PaaS (OIC, VBCS, ATP DB), Instance Management (Patching, Refreshes, Strategies around instance management and planning)
The primary functions and required technical skills for this role include:
**Primary Function of this Position:**
* 15+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud (SaaS, PaaS, and Instance Management).
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as a team member.
* Experience with SaaS, PaaS, and Instance Management.
**Technical Skills:**
* Oracle Integration Cloud ( OIC)
* Oracle Cloud Interfaces
* SOAP Webservices
* REST API
* FBDI (File Based Data Import)
* BI Publisher reports (Migration and Reporting structure in Oracle)
* OTBI Reporting & Dashboards
* SQL & PL/SQL
* Storage Cloud
* VBCS
* BICC (Optional)
* Knowledge of Single Sign-on in Cloud (how it works and configuration).
* Knowledge of migrating objects to Oracle Cloud Production and Oracle Integration Cloud.
* Strong knowledge of Oracle documentation (Design Document, Technical document, Migration Document, etc.).
* Knowledge of Oracle SaaS Instance Management and Planning.
* Ability to strategize Instance refreshes.
* Ability to coordinate with Oracle and raise Oracle Cloud SRs.
* Ability to coordinate independently with business users/owners for issue resolution.
* Support system integrations with other enterprise systems.
* OIC Developer who can develop and support OIC-based automated and scheduled jobs.
* Actively involved in debugging OIC integration related issues and suggesting resolutions.
* Knowledge of OIC Security access.
* In-depth knowledge of OIC Infrastructure.
* Ability to perform gap analysis and recommend best practices for process improvements within OIC.
* Well-versed with multi-currency & multi-language Oracle Enterprise setup.
* Well-versed with financial close process.
* Ability to develop and troubleshoot interfaces between Oracle and other applications (both Oracle and non-Oracle systems).
* Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues.
* Implement system enhancements and customizations as needed based on business requirements.
* Triage production support tickets and prioritize with business s input.
* Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and coordinating with users for UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
* Migration of OIC integration, configure OIC Connectors.
* Migration of BIP, OTBI, OIC Report from one instance to another with security roles and ensuring accessibility to Business Users.
* Knowledge of Code Repository like Git (code versioning).
* Knowledge of ESS Jobs scheduling in Oracle Cloud environment.
**Additional Skills:**
* Knowledge of helpdesk tools like Service Now, JIRA.
