Job Description:

Required Qualifications:

  • A proven Senior Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud product expert with 13+ years of design/ architect experience and at least 5 full life cycle SalesForce.com implementations, with strong expertise in at least two of the following areas/modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, marketing Cloud plus mandatory experience in Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud.
  • At least 3 project implementations with Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of the Salesforce platform is a MUST
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Accreditation and Quote to cash certification must have
  • Strong functional knowledge of Lead to Cash process with expertise in Quote-to-Cash, Configuration, Product CatLog/modelling, Pricing, Quoting and CLM functional areas.
  • Understand customer technical requirements and map these into Salesforce CPQ architectural capabilities.
  • Share best practices and be consultative to clients throughout duration of the project- act as a trusted partner. Participate and lead, when needed, project meetings with the customer.
  • Experience with Commerce, Configuration, Output, SFDC integration, product catalog /price list integration.
  • Must have Salesforce developer/admin certification including 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, VisuaForce, Force.com and Angular JS.
  • Good knowledge of Web 2.0 Development (JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Servlets, Struts).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM tool set and have worked with JavaScript, Java, Rules Engines, Object Modelling, or XML.
  • Understanding of frameworks like React, Angular, etc. are an advantage.
  • JIRA experience.
  • Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities:

  • As a subject matter expert, judges the trade-offs with technology and feasibility and makes choices that fit the constraints of the project.
  • Works directly with customer teams/business leaders/process owners to lead delivery projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of solution.
  • Ability to guide customer towards uses of standard out of the box software functionality to meet business requirements instead of relying on custom code solution. Understand platform limitations and design alternatives to work around limitations.
  • Provide pre-sales support as requested. Participate in potential customer proof of concept (POC).
  • Ability to lead / facilitate design and modelling sessions with the customer.
  • Lead the creation of project deliverables, spanning from process to system design elements with an emphasis on functional and technical design.
  • Understand, design, supervise, and create technical configurations using Configuration product s tools, languages scripts based technologies.
  • Ability to design, implement, and test leading-edge Quote and Product Configuration integrations with SFDC.
  • If needed, coordinate developer tasks on large projects; lead design and code reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Provides guidance on all phases of SDLC and the impact of Salesforce CPQ, as needed.
