Join a dynamic team as an Operations Consultant, where you will play a key role in managing workflows and supporting stakeholders in a collaborative environment. This hybrid role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute significantly to risk operations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming requests and ensure timely resolution while maintaining internal systems and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and track operational metrics to support process efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between business users and operational leads, providing timely updates and handling escalations.
  • Utilize tools like Microsoft suite and Tableau to maintain project documentation and prepare updates.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1–4 years of relevant operational support or project management experience.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and a sense of ownership.
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking.
  • Comfortable with structured data and dashboards.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with enterprise workflow or task management systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
