Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, systems integration, or interoperability solutions.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing solutions for sharing healthcare data.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, AI, machine learning, and blockchain.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare standards and regulations (FHIR, HL7, CDA, HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Strong experience in cross-functional team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement next-generation interoperability systems.
  • Leverage technologies like FHIR, APIs, and cloud services for real-time data sharing.
  • Lead the creation of modular, flexible architectures for emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams, business leaders, IT departments, and external stakeholders.
  • Develop scalable data sharing models that support secure and efficient data exchange.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulations.
  • Explore and implement emerging technologies to enhance collaboration.
  • Drive change management and adoption of new solutions.
  • Develop and promote external partnerships with healthcare organizations and payers.
