- Need prior experience working with State clients.
- Proficiency in JavaScript is fundamental for ServiceNow development, especially in the context of scripting and building custom applications.
- A thorough understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, modules, and core functionalities is essential for building effective solutions. Experience with in-platform development tools such as Studio, App Engine, or ServiceNow Studio is preferred.
- ServiceNow has its own UI framework called Now Experience, which is used for building Workspace applications and is based on web components standards.
- Expertise at writing and debugging business rules, client scripts, and workflows is crucial for automating tasks and processes. Experience using process automation tools such as Flow Designer is preferred.
