IT Coordinator

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience sitting in an IT environment

2+ years of experience interacting heavily with Networking Administrators and Engineers

Must be familiar with Networking terms and technologies

Experience facilitating meetings & reporting on stakeholder updates and statuses

Experience documenting different processes and procedures

Experience acting as the main Point of Contact for multiple groups (internal and external)

Experience in a customer facing role and interacting with all levels of an organization

Must be extremely detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task

Ability to hit the ground running once processes are explained

Desired Skills:

Experience utilizing ServiceNow is highly desired

Experience in the education or government sector

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field of study

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

We are looking for a go-getter IT Project Coordinator to join a Managed Network Service Provider headquartered, in Columbus, Ohio. The selected individual will be the main point of contact to multiple external customers and help them coordinate ordering more equipment needed for upgrades, enhancements, etc. All equipment ordering and tracking will be done through ServiceNow and those individuals who have an extremely high attention to detail will be most successful in this role.
