The position requires over five years of experience, including leadership and certification in relevant areas.
Responsibilities include feasibility analysis, system testing, user training, and 24/7 support.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of analysts, fostering growth and development.
Conduct feasibility studies and architect solutions for complex systems.
Create, review, and implement test scripts to ensure system readiness.
Document processes and procedures for current and future systems.
Provide training and support to system users and team members.

Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience in clinical applications and team leadership.
Certification in relevant technologies and methodologies.
Experience in managing complex application systems.
Ability to provide 24/7 support on a rotational basis.
Advanced degree or equivalent certifications preferred.
