Software Development Engineering - Advisor I

About your role:
At Fiserv, we are dedicated to transforming financial services technology to benefit our clients. As a Software Development Engineering - Advisor I, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on creating solutions that make financial transactions seamless and secure. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining applications that align with our clients' needs, utilizing the latest in technology.

What you'll do:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Experience you'll need to have:

• 5+ years of experience in software development with Java, REST, SOAP and microservices
• 3+ years of experience with IntelliJ, GIT, BitBucket, local development server
• 3+ years of experience in Java 11, Sprint Boot, MySQL, DynamoDB, Play Framework
• 3+ years in Amazon applications like ELB, SQS, SES, SWF, SNS
• 2+ years of DB2 and Oracle database SQL development
• 2+ years of experience in payment processing platforms
• 1+ experience in scala
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in applicable field OR Advanced Degree in applicable field with 4+ years of relevant experience

Experience that would be great to have:

• Experience with AWS concepts like SQS, SES, SWF, SNS.
• Experience with APIs interaction with salesforce.
• Experience with OAUTH, Jax-B, Jax-RS, JUnits.
• Experience in Integration Engineering and/or Professional Services. .

Salary Range

$108,900.00 - $186,800.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
