Job Description Summary
Provide operational support to the Property Manager in the daily management of the company.
Job Description

Must understand the principles of property management, including relevant laws. Maintenance coordination with vendors as well as onsite staff, monitoring property expenses, managing records, financial reporting, project management.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the engineering team, promoting a culture of technical excellence and innovation
  • Plan and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget
  • Coordinate with other departments to identify requirements and integrate new technologies
  • Monitor and strive to improve the performance of production processes
  • Develop and implement engineering standards and procedures to maintain high-quality outcomes
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
  • Manage and optimize resource allocation to ensure efficiency
  • Present regular updates and progress reports to senior management
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role
  • Extensive knowledge of engineering principles and procedures
  • Experience in project management and team leadership
  • Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and development tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • BSc/BA in engineering, computer science or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus
