Job Title: ServiceNow Developer - Legal Service Delivery (LSD)

ServiceNow Developer - Legal Service Delivery (LSD)

Key Responsibilities

. Deliver Legal Service Delivery module implementations, emphasizing OOB functionality.
. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
. Perform fit-gap analysis to determine configuration vs. customization needs, ensuring all customizations are formally approved.
. Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow components such as Flows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Integrations.
. Work with ServiceNow Architects and the Platform Owner to enforce development standards, governance, and reusability.
. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment instructions.
. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers.
. Support ServiceNow upgrades, testing, and release management to maintain platform stability.
. Ensure system performance, scalability, and maintainability across implemented solutions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
. 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including implementing legal service delivery.
. Proven record of delivering OOB-first ServiceNow implementations.
. Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript/Glide), and integration approaches (REST/SOAP, MID Server).
. Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Scoped Applications.
. Knowledge of ServiceNow security, ACLs, and roles.
. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Certifications:

. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – required.
. Applicable Implementation Specialist


Preferred Skills

. Experience in Agile / DevOps delivery environments.
. Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules.
. Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF).
. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.
