Job Title: SAP Service Management (SM) Consultant
Location: Remote with occasional travel
6+ Months contract
Job Description:
Seeking a hands-on SAP SM Production Support Consultant with strong end-to-end process knowledge.
Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Service Management (SM) configuration and support
Strong integration experience with FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, SCM, GTS, BI/Analytics
Functional expertise in Repair Depot, Service Center processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts
Experience supporting production systems, resolving user issues, and handling service requests
Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into SAP and non-SAP solutions
Experience in design, build, test, and deployment activities
Strong communication and teamwork skills with ability to work independently
SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA experience preferred
