Summary:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst with strong expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance. This role combines end-to-end project delivery leadership with hands-on business analysis, ensuring successful execution of insurance technology and business transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead P&C insurance projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.
  • Conduct requirements elicitation, run workshops, and document BRDs and user stories.
  • Plan and manage resources, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Apply deep P&C domain knowledge to policy, claims, underwriting, and billing processes.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience; 5+ years Business Analysis in P&C insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • PMP/CBAP certification preferred.
