Overview
This is a remote role that may only be hired in California.
This position will support programs and projects associated with business unit compliance and risk management . Facilitates interactions with cross-functional partners to ensure timely evaluation and implementation of key compliance and risk-related business activities. Actively identifies opportunities to enhance assigned Enterprise Digital programs and business processes. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts or assist in special projects as needed.

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience
Current or former experience working as a contractor or contingent worker for First Citizens Bank and/or any of its subsidiaries is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
If hired in California, the base pay for this position is generally between $102,450 and $136,600. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.

Responsibilities
- Supporting Regulatory Change Management Processes, including planning, stakeholder coordination, and oversight of implementation activities
- Serving as a CUBE liaison for Records Retention activities
- Serving as Business Continuity Plan owners, administrators, or coordinators
- Business Process Management and Control Documentation, including process and control inventory management, and Archer Issues Management activity support, as applicable
- Support business process inventories and monitoring, as applicable
- Business compliance or risk project coordination
Qualifications

- Experience working in Archer.
- Experience with working with leadership in developing Business Continuity Planning.
- Experience partnering with Business Risk & Control Advisory teams.
- Experience with coordinating Business Risk Projects.
