Job Description:

Position: Program/Contracts Manager
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 6 mo contract, likely to extend
Pay Rate Range: 80-$92/ hr based on qualifications and experience
Project Description:
Key projects: The team is also involved in scoping new projects to grow the business and align with the new visions for Unified.
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of the responsibilities listed in the below job description.
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
The team supports Unified and provides interim manual pricing for scenarios that are not supported in any of the automated tools and supports enhanced offers.
Selling Points for Candidates:
This role provides the opportunity to work on the Unified support side and is an opportunity for hands on experience with the customer and is a top pillar for our client.
Unique Selling Points: This team is moving into enhanced offerings and creating a new base model for the business.
Requirements:
Years of Experience Required: 7-8 overall years of experience in the field.
Minimum 3 years experience with Microsoft volume licensing and unified experience, such as being familiar with the pricing, agreements, and scenarios for Microsofts support offerings.
2. Minimum 7-8 years experience with Data analysis skills, such as being able to pull, analyze, and report data from various tools and sources
3. Minimum 7-8 years experience with Project management skills, such as being able to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
MUST HAVE Unified Pricing experience
Degrees or certifications required: Bachelors degree in business administration or in a related field.
Disqualifiers: Candidates without previous MSFT Licensing experience or PM experience will not be eligible for the role.
Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain previous volume licensing experience, CE&S or US Federal experience.
