Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate program features and marketing content to measure customer engagement and retention.
- Design and conduct statistical tests for A/B and multivariate experiments to optimize strategies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive metrics and reports to monitor program health and performance.
- Respond to business leaders' inquiries with detailed investigations into customer behavior and trends.
- Utilize data mining and model building to identify significant patterns and segments within the customer base.
- Collaborate in strategic and tactical planning discussions to align insights with business goals.
Skills
- Proven experience with large-scale complex datasets and strong analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in SQL and ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytical plans.
- Solid background in statistics, programming, and marketing.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical teams and business leaders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAS is advantageous.
- Advanced degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or marketing is highly desirable.
