Job Title: Salesforce Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure that Salesforce implementations align with organizational goals and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and design Salesforce architecture for enterprise systems, integrating Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
Translate business needs into well-architected solutions using Salesforce best practices.
Lead technical discussions, create solution blueprints, and guide development teams in execution.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Provide expert-level knowledge on Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and custom development.
Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration approaches.
Ensure data integrity, security, and performance of the Salesforce platform.
Guide and mentor junior developers and administrators.
Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, releases, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in a Salesforce Architect role.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Proven expertise in Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
Salesforce certifications such as:
Salesforce Certified Application Architect
Salesforce Certified System Architect
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
