Job Title: Product Owner

Location: San Antonio, TX / Plano, TX
Employment Type: C2C / W2

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead product strategy, roadmap definition, and delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to refine requirements and guide Agile scrum teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the product roadmap, vision, and strategy aligned with business goals

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyze, and refine product requirements

  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items

  • Prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value and ensure timely delivery

  • Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and Agile scrum teams

  • Lead and support Agile/Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)

  • Ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations

  • Track progress, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks proactively

  • Communicate product status, milestones, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role

  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (Business, IT, QA, UX)

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Product Owner or Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent)

  • Experience in enterprise or large-scale Agile environments
