UI/UX Designer

Location: Wisconsin (Hybrid)

Long Term

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to help redesign a government case management system. You'll turn old, complex screens into easy-to-use, modern web interfaces.

What You ll Do

  • Understand user needs and improve old workflows.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Design user-friendly and accessible (WCAG-compliant) screens.
  • Build UI components with MudBlazor and work closely with .NET developers.
  • Join Agile team meetings and share UX ideas with developers and analysts.

What You Need

  • 4+ years of experience in UX design, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of Material Design, responsive design, and MudBlazor.
  • Experience with Blazor, .NET, and Azure is a plus.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
