Job Description:

We need Application Development Senior Programmer Analysts with strong technical expertise in client side programming and development using React TypeScript Micro Frontend Design Pattern HTML5 CSS3 Node CICD Exposure to backend technologies especially in Java Spring boot Kafka and MQ will be an added advantage. Basic understanding of the databases MongoDB.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and transform complex cross functional business requirements and specifications into robust intuitive user interfaces and software solutions collaborating with the Product Team to align with business needs.
• Work with cross functional teams to convert specifications into flexible scalable and maintainable designs ensuring deliverables meet both specifications and architectural standards.
• Participate in development teams to design and build complex solutions ensuring alignment with architectural blueprints standards target architecture and strategic goals.
• Oversee execute and participate in component integration testing CIT systems integration testing SIT and user acceptance testing UAT to identify application errors and ensure quality software deployment
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of software design patterns and application-level architecture making informed technical trade-offs at the application level.
• Address complex architecture and design issues offering extensible solutions that simplify optimize and remove bottlenecks.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers providing feedback and direction on specific tasks.
• Maintain application hygiene and address Risk Control items as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers Business Analysts and Operational users Product Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Independently manage project deliverables proactively identifying and communicating issues challenges and risks.
• Manage code releases across various environments.

Required Skills:

• 9 years of must have hands on experience in web development primarily using ReactJS and Micro Frontend MFE.
• HTML5 CSS3 NodeJS TypeScript JavaScript UXUI Design JSON.
• Solid hands on experience in React and JavaScript for creating reusable dynamic UI components is a must have.
• Unit testing experience in any testing tool.
• Experience in NestJs is preferred.
• Experience using NodeJS TypeScript JavaScript UXUI Design JSON.
• Experience with development in an agile methodology using TDDBDD best practices in a continuous integration environment.
• Knowledge and experience using Git Bitbucket for version control.
• Good knowledge of DevOps and CICD practices using tools like Jenkins Docker.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes Helm or other container orchestration.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud is good to have.
• Working knowledge of containerization solutions preferably OpenShift and Docker.
• High levels of ownership and commitment on deliverables.
• Strong Communication Skills Strong Analytical skills.

Highly Proficient:

• React JS Micro Frontend Redux.
• Node JS CICD.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience in server-side technologies like Java Springboot REST Kafka MQ would be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of Databases Preferably MongoDB is good to have.
• Microservices Design Pattern Distributed Systems.

Education:

Bachelors/ Masters degree/ University degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
