Job Details
Administer, monitor, and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O environment, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance.
Manage system configurations, workflows, security roles, and business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Asset Management modules.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and other departments to support efficient system use and address evolving business needs.
Implement updates, patches, and integrations in coordination with Microsoft and third-party vendors.
Provide Tier 2/3 support for system users, resolving issues related to permissions, processes, and performance.
Maintain and enforce role-based security access and segregation of duties (SoD) in line with internal controls and audit requirements.
Create and manage technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Assist in the development of reports and dashboards using Power BI or other reporting tools.
Support data governance, backup, disaster recovery, and change management processes.
Coordinate testing and deployment for system enhancements, integrations, and new feature rollouts.
