Job Description

      1. 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, driving transformation and adoption across large programs.
      2. Expertise in change strategy design, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and readiness assessment.
      3. Exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), with experience in culture integration and transition management
      4. Strong leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to influence at all organizational levels.
      5. Proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
