Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect Pharma (Pre-Sales)
Location: West Coast & Central US (Remote / Travel as needed)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect (Pre-Sales) with deep Pharma/Life Sciences domain expertise to support sales pursuits, solutioning, and client engagements. This role will partner closely with sales, business development, and delivery teams to design and present Salesforce-based solutions for pharma clients.
Key Responsibilities
Act as solution lead in pre-sales engagements for pharma and life sciences clients
Partner with sales teams to support RFPs, proposals, demos, and client presentations
Design high-level Salesforce architecture and solution blueprints
Translate pharma business needs into Salesforce solutions
Conduct discovery workshops and solution walkthroughs with client stakeholders
Create solution documents, estimations, and implementation roadmaps
Demonstrate Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud
Ensure proposed solutions meet pharma compliance standards (HIPAA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)
Support clients across West Coast and Central US time zones
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of Salesforce experience
3+ years in a Solution Architect / Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering role
Strong Pharma / Life Sciences industry background
Experience supporting pre-sales, RFPs, demos, and solutioning
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and integrations
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/System Architect preferred)
Experience with Veeva CRM or life sciences accelerators
Consulting or system integrator experience
Nice to Have
Experience working with US pharma commercial teams
Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings
Exposure to marketing automation and analytics tools
