Job Title: Application Developer
Location: 100% Remote (must support EST hours)
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native components and microservices supporting sales and marketing workflows.
- Build reusable APIs and services for lead management, engagement, and customer conversion.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, data, and engineering teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, and observability initiatives.
- Utilize AI-driven workflows to accelerate code generation, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards are met.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical planning sessions.
- 8+ years of experience in application development using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Strong experience developing cloud-native applications and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions, Terraform, Datadog, Splunk, etc.
- Solid understanding of marketing tech, sales enablement, and customer engagement systems.
- Knowledge of consent and permissions frameworks in regulated environments.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
