NetSuite Implementation Lead

Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced NetSuite Implementation Lead to oversee and drive the successful delivery of a company-wide NetSuite ERP implementation. This role will focus on aligning business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, Manufacturing, and Order Management functions, while managing integrations, data migration, customization, and training initiatives. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of NetSuite modules and can lead a cross-functional team from discovery through post-go-live support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of a NetSuite implementation, from design to go-live.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations teams to gather and refine business requirements.
• Translate business needs into NetSuite configurations, workflows, and customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
• Own the implementation schedule and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee key modules including:
  • Financials (GL, AP/AR, Multi-Entity, Period Close)
  • Inventory & Manufacturing (Transfers, BOMs, Routings, Work Orders)
  • CRM & CPQ (Lead Conversion, Quotes, Forecasting, Opportunity Management)
  • Procure to Pay and Order to Cash
• Manage and execute the data migration strategy (cleansing, validation, reconciliation).
• Supervise development of custom reports, workflows, document templates, and dashboards.
• Coordinate integrations with external systems (e.g., NutShell CRM).
• Drive user training and change management efforts leading up to go-live.
• Ensure proper documentation, risk mitigation, and issue resolution throughout the project.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of NetSuite implementation experience (Full-cycle).
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules: Finance, SCM, CRM, CPQ, Manufacturing.
• Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, or integration tools (Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft).
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional ERP projects with multiple workstreams.
• Hands-on experience with data migration and reconciliation.
• Comfortable managing a large backlog and prioritizing MVP vs. post-launch features.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under tight timelines with phased delivery targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NetSuite ERP Certification(s)
• Experience with tiered billing, revenue recognition, and inventory planning
• Familiarity with NutShell CRM or similar third-party integrations
• Background in manufacturing, SaaS, or inventory-based businesses

Duration & Timeline:

• The engagement is expected to last through July, with possible extension for hypercare and post-go-live optimization.
• Project is currently mid-way; the financials are partially built, with inventory, manufacturing, and integrations in the backlog.
