Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Amazon Connect Engineer to support the development, configuration, and optimization of cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. This role requires hands-on experience with AWS services, contact flow design, and integration with third-party systems and CRMs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
Create and optimize contact flows, IVR systems, and routing logic.
Integrate Amazon Connect with Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex, and other AWS services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, cloud-based solutions.
Implement security and compliance best practices within the Amazon Connect environment.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Document architectures, configurations, and procedures for long-term support.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience with Amazon Connect implementation and support.
Strong working knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, Lex, etc.
Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, or Python for Lambda function development.
Familiarity with CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and API connectivity.
Understanding of call routing, contact center operations, and telephony concepts.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
