Job Description:

Note: Competencies: 10+ years of experience in Digital SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management – Finance with a focus on Financial Planning & Analysis.

Role Description:

1.      Demonstrate understanding of the end-to-end record-to-report business process.

2.      Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA FI/CO experience, with certification in an FI course preferred.

3.      8–15 years of functional configuration in SAP FI/CO modules (GL, AP, Cost & Profit Center Accounting, Fixed Assets, Internal Orders, Consolidations, Banks, AR, Product Costing, Taxes, US GAAP, FI-MM and FI-SD integrations, Special Purpose Ledgers, Account-based COPA, Business Partners).

4.      Ability to quickly identify issues and recommend solutions.

5.      Capable of debugging ABAP code.

6.      Experience integrating third-party systems such as OpenText VIM, external tax engines, and Blackline.

7.      Knowledge of standard Fiori apps and ICMR.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Provide solutions that leverage standard SAP S/4HANA Finance functionality while maximizing ROI.

2.      Translate business needs into solution architecture requirements, balancing short- and long-term IT perspectives.

3.      Deliver global support for SAP Finance & Controlling and build relationships with IT and business stakeholders.

4.      Perform root-cause analysis on persistent or major application problems.

5.      Analyze existing code and configuration to determine required enhancements.

6.      Offer technical direction for complex SAP S/4HANA Finance issues.

7.      Provide end-user support, especially during month- and quarter-end close.

8.      Support reports, interfaces and enhancements; prepare design documents and detailed ABAP specifications.

9.      Plan workload and coordinate onsite/offshore teams.
