We have a position for a Project Coordinator with one of our clients in Parsippany, NJ for an initial contract duration of 11 months. s and all those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply.
Project Coordinator/RTE Client Schedule Time and Pay Program is seeking a qualified candidate to perform the role of a Project Coordinator/RTE. The Project Coordinator/RTE collaborates with multiple teams deliver Program level work products including messaging for senior management. The Candidate serves as a liaison between the business community and Information Services (I.S.) to elicit and analyze business needs for highly complex projects and validates that solutions fit within the long-term strategic vision. The qualified candidate must be able to take initiative, work independently with minimal supervision and have experience with:
- Building project plans and managing the execution of project deliverables across multiple teams
- Manage stakeholder concerns and address barriers by identifying, anticipating, and mitigating risks and potential issues to prevent project delays
- Collect, analyze and report on key project metrics for senior management
- Facilitate requirement sessions with architects, designers, and testers at a functional level to ensure that the solution meets business needs
- Comprehend and analyze complex business processes in order to break down complex concepts into smaller, comprehensible concepts for analysis and requirement definition
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) so others can consume information provided
- Experience with Agile and/or SAFe methodologies and tools
- Ability to create business process diagrams or other necessary visuals for requirement purposes
- Collaborate with project team members to exchange information and to respond to requests in a timely manner
- Develop and deliver summarized findings of problems to management to recommend proposed actions
- Ability to deliver artifacts meant for Executive Level Stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience.
