Experienced Technical Business Analyst with over 7 years of expertise in designing and implementing advanced EDI solutions for healthcare clients. Skilled in gathering and analyzing complex business and technical requirements, with deep knowledge of X12 and HL7 standards, EDIFECs tools, and API/Web Services integration. Proven ability to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and HITECH, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver seamless EDI implementations. Adept at troubleshooting sophisticated EDI and API issues, providing user training, and maintaining detailed project documentation and stakeholder communications.

Your role in our mission
- Lead and oversee the analysis, design, and implementation of advanced EDI solutions for healthcare clients.
- Gather, document, and analyze complex business and technical requirements for EDI transactions and APIs, Web Services.
- Ensure all EDI, APIs processes comply with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and HITECH.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EDI solutions using EDIFECs and other EDI tools.
- Provide high-level training and support to end-users and technical teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve sophisticated EDI-related/ API/Webservices issues, providing continuous improvement recommendations.
- Maintain and enhance detailed project documentation, delivering regular status reports to stakeholders.
What we're looking for
- Technical Business & Systems Analysis: Over 7 years of experience writing Features, Epics, and User Stories.
- EDI Standards & Transactions: Deep expertise in X12 (837, 835, 270/271, etc.) and HL7 standards.
- EDIFECs Tools & Data Mapping: Advanced proficiency in SpecBuilder, XEngine Server, and data transformation.
- API & Web Services Integration: Strong knowledge of APIs, XML, JSON, SOAPUI, Postman, and middleware solutions.
- SQL & Database Management: Expert-level SQL skills with experience in SQL Server and Oracle.
