Job Title: ARIBA Training Content Specialist

Location: Remote (MST Hours)

Contract Duration: 3 months (with possible extension for ongoing needs)

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Training Content Specialist to support an ongoing ARIBA training initiative. This role will focus on reviewing, updating, and developing training materials to address identified gaps across ARIBA modules. The ideal candidate will have experience with ARIBA (Upstream and Downstream), SAP Enable Now, and LMS coordination, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and update existing ARIBA training documentation, including PowerPoint materials and SAP Enable Now content.
• Conduct fit/gap analysis to identify missing or outdated content within the current ARIBA training library (Upstream SLP/S2C; Downstream Procure-to-Pay, Invoice Management, Catalogs, and Supplier Enablement).
• Develop new training content in SAP Enable Now to address the identified gaps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to load and assign training materials in SAP LMS; monitor course completion and generate progress reports.
• Coordinate with LMS stakeholders to ensure timely deployment and user access to training materials.
• Participate in project meetings, track training-related milestones, and provide regular status updates.
• Present updates during bi-weekly stakeholder meetings and monthly steering committee sessions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with ARIBA (Upstream and Downstream) training content creation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Enable Now and SAP Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ability to analyze existing training assets and conduct fit/gap analysis.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Organized and proactive with stakeholder engagement and project tracking.
