Lead Data Analyst (Client Facing and Technical)
Remote and Travel

Key Skills:
- Core Skills: Heavy SQL (must-have), Teradata, Alteryx, Tableau.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead discussions with IT system owners, business executives, and technology stakeholders.
- Review and analyze schemas across multiple discrete banking systems to identify and aggregate relevant data.
- Ensure requirements are aligned, data is properly exported (CSV/JSON, etc.), and outputs are accurate.
- Oversee and guide data analysts; validate findings and build solution architecture/integration strategies.
- Communicate insights and present dashboards or structured results back to stakeholders.
- Profile: Senior, hands-on leader who can bridge business + IT, manage teams, and deliver results in banking/financial data environments.
