Job Title: Pega CDH / Pega Lead

Location: Hartford, CT, USA (Hybrid Onsite 2-3 days/week)

Pega CDH / Pega Lead Certified System Architect

we need only CDH specialist 7-8 years exp

Required Experience:

  • 8 12+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Strong experience in Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) implementation.
  • Must be Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certified (CSSA + LSA preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with NBA Strategy Framework, Next Best Action Designer, Data Flows, Adaptive Decisioning, Predictive Models, Arbitration Rules, and Interaction History.
  • Expertise in designing Decisioning Strategies and integrating with multiple channels (Web, Email, Call Center, Mobile).
  • Experience working with Pega 8.x versions (8.6/8.7/8.8 preferred).
  • Strong understanding of customer 1:1 personalizations, offer arbitration, and engagement policies.
  • Knowledge of REST / SOAP integrations, Microservices architecture, and DevOps pipeline.
  • Ability to lead design discussions, guide development teams, and provide solution architecture recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills for direct business and stakeholder interaction.
