Miracle Software Systems, Inc., is actively looking for Associate QA Analyst position at Cleveland, OH.
Requirement Details:
Role: Associate QA Analyst
Location: Cleveland, OH
Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities:
- Develop test cases / scripts in line with the GLS team s Solution & Delivery team s Sprint planning. Supporting the GLS IT portfolio s systems & interfaces.
- Document test cases within JIRA / Confluence
- Execute test scripts to validate new capabilities/features to ensure bug free releases.
- Review existing test cases and modernize to ensure best practices are followed.
- Identify opportunities and work with management to implement testing automation, improved observability patterns, and ultimately improve responsiveness with end user support.
- Provide support functions to assist with triaging & troubleshooting system issues impacting production environments.
