We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Owner/Advisor to join our team and execute on a critical initiative for our client in the Financial Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer and stakeholder relationships, facilitating touchpoints, and tracking actions to completed outcomes. You will play a crucial role in connecting disparate systems, stakeholders, and organizations, while acting as an early warning system to identify patterns and surface issues.

You will play a crucial role in connecting disparate systems, stakeholders, and organizations, while acting as an early warning system to identify patterns and surface issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer and stakeholder relationships, facilitating touchpoints, and tracking actions to completed outcomes.
- Lead conversations, understand customer feedback, and resolve issues effectively.
- Make connections between disparate systems, stakeholders, and organizations, acting as an early warning system to identify patterns and surface issues.
- Serve as a technical and procedural consultant to the application development teams.
- Act as the primary customer point of contact for the initiative.
- Utilize Agile-oriented systems such as JIRA to review functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into technical capabilities, patterns, and service needs, and track these requirements to completion.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze, compare, and update disparate data sources. Usage and maintenance of complex formulas is a must.
- Use, maintain, and update PowerAutomate workflows, in conjunction with source systems and Excel, to perform bulk data activities.
- Identify trends and patterns in the data to provide valuable insights.
- Schedule, attend, moderate, and track actions for multiple stakeholder meetings and engagements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience operating and executing in large scale programs
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with Agile-oriented systems such as JIRA.
- Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze and manipulate data using complex formulas.
- Experience with PowerAutomate workflows and bulk data activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
