Role : Technical Program Manager
Location : Plano Texas(Onsite)
Fulltime with Hexaware
- Lead complex, multi-disciplinary technology programs from initiation through delivery.
- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering teams working on Java, ReactJS, AWS, Salesforce, and API integrations.
- Understand technical architecture and dependencies to proactively manage risks and issues.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Implement best practices in Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans effectively to leadership and partners.
- Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.
- Track and report financials, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across programs.
- Resolve issues swiftly to maintain program momentum.
