Job Details
Requirements:
- 10 or more years of experience in LINUX (Red Hat) systems administration.
- Proficiency in RHEL Linux 8/9 administration and patch management.
- Experience with Ansible playbook development and Automation Platform management.
- Experience in Server Security vulnerability management and Secunia remediation.
- Experience with TCP/IP networking, network topology, and firewalled environments.
- Experience with SolarWinds monitoring and VMware operational knowledge.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support and system maintenance for the LINUX estate.
- Perform quarterly patching to ensure systems meet strict PCI security requirements.
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems and related software.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
- Drive systems standardization and automation efforts.
- Work on incident tickets and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Provide rotating on-call Unix/Linux support in a 24x7 environment.
