QA Test Manager

Location: Atalanta, GA (Onsite) (Hybrid)
Contract duration : 3 Years

We are seeking an experienced QA Test Manager to lead testing efforts for a major ERP implementation and upgrade project, with a strong focus on CGI Advantage. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ERP testing, test strategy development, and managing end-to-end testing lifecycle within a TCoE (Testing Center of Excellence) framework.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage QA activities for ERP implementation and upgrade projects.
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules.
Oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing phases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and client stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with TCoE standards and best practices.
Track and report testing metrics, risks, and issues to leadership.
Manage test teams and coordinate offshore/onshore resources as needed.

Local Candidate Preferred: Our first preference is to identify a candidate based in the Atlanta area, as he will be required to work onsite at the client office during the initial few months. Non-local candidates must be willing to work onsite in the office 4 days per week during the initial ramp-up period(3-6 months). This requirement is critical.
CGI Advantage Experience preferred: The ideal candidate should have completed at least one full end-to-end implementation of ERP system.
TCoE Development Experience is a Plus: Experience in establishing or playing a key role in creating a Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) for clients would be a significant advantage.
Test Savvy Tool Experience Preferred: Familiarity or hands-on experience with the Test Savvy tool is highly desirable and would be considered a strong differentiator.
