Citibank, N.A. seeks an IT Business Lead Analyst for its Jersey City, New Jersey location.

Duties: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects related to development of mortgage trading platform. Engage with traders, salespeople, product developers and quality assurance testers to gather technical requirements and document them for development of mortgage trading, position, and pricing platforms. Analyze business needs relating to mortgage trading business, products, processes and data to prepare business requirement documents and user stories for requirements and use cases. Capture and document process flows, data flows, and user journeys using Visio and Powerpoint. Maintain traceability of requirements. Analyze data flows across various upstream and downstream applications. Assist technical teams in analyzing issues and translating requirements. Conduct testing cycle including review Quality Assurance (QA) test cases and perform sprint acceptance testing. Maintain project deliverables, including reporting and tracking statuses using Jira, PowerPoint, Excel and Confluence. Analyze complex requirements and provide resolution for issues identified by users during deployment for agency and non-agency mortgage trading. Manage timelines, milestones and streams of projects. Track, resolve and escalate issues for projects and ensure relevant stakeholders are informed. Create presentations to be used with business audiences of various levels. Communicate with stakeholders on statuses of deliverables and flag potential risks and delays to completion of projects. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree (3 or 4 year) in any field and 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst, IT Quality Senior Manager, or related position involving management of IT projects of mortgage trading, position, and pricing platforms for the banking industry. 6 years of experience must include: Project management; Mortgage trading, position, and pricing platforms; Mortgage-backed securities business and product knowledge; Visio and Powerpoint; Quality Assurance and sprint acceptance testing; Jira, PowerPoint, Excel and Confluence; and Requirements gathering and documenting.
