* Champion Change: Lead governance and change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new features and processes
* Manage Vendors: Evaluate third-party platforms and integrations, making informed buy vs. build decisions and managing vendor relationships

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years in product management, including 3+ years in team leadership
* Deep expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, and workflow automation
* Strong understanding of investment pipeline management and performance analysis
* Proven ability to define and deliver strategic product roadmaps
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
* Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, KPIs, and reporting
* Technical fluency in enterprise systems, APIs, and integration frameworks

Benefits & Perks:
* Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
* Generous paid time off and holidays
* Retirement savings plan
* Professional development and training opportunities
* Hybrid work flexibility
* Inclusive and collaborative team culture

This is your opportunity to shape the future of investment technology and make a meaningful impact across global teams. If you are ready to lead with vision and deliver with precision, we would love to hear from you.
