The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering full-cycle (360-degree) recruitment services to attract, engage, and hire high-quality talent across non-exempt, professional, technology, and management roles. This position plays a critical role in shaping a positive candidate and hiring manager experience while supporting organizational workforce needs.
The Talent Acquisition Partner collaborates closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to design and execute effective hiring strategies, source and assess candidates, manage the applicant tracking system, and ensure compliance with established recruitment procedures.
This role does not have direct reports.
Essential Functions
Service Delivery
- Translate talent strategies into effective recruiting practices through communication, training, and ongoing support
- Foster a positive and inclusive candidate experience while building trusted relationships across the organization
- Champion continuous improvement and support organizational change initiatives
Business Partnering
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers by understanding staffing needs and delivering data-driven recruiting solutions
- Coach and consult hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection
- Build strong relationships through regular engagement with business units
Recruiting
- Execute full-cycle recruiting activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer support
- Develop strategic hiring plans and maintain proactive talent pipelines
- Source candidates using job boards, referrals, schools, community networks, and direct outreach
- Attend career fairs, networking events, and hiring events as needed
- Screen applications and update candidate status in the ATS within established timelines
- Conduct phone screens and deploy pre-interview assessments
- Facilitate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer approvals
- Maintain accurate recruiting logs, requisition files, and audit documentation
- Participate in weekly recruiting meetings to track progress and meet time-to-fill goals
Education Requirements
- Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university, or a combination of relevant education, training, and work experience
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of full-cycle (360-degree) recruiting experience supporting non-exempt, professional, technology, and management roles
- Strong experience in sourcing and relationship building
- Preferred experience with HRIS/ATS implementation or optimization
