HIRE Technology is seeking a HRIS Analyst for an onsite working opportunity. This is a 6 - 12 month contract with great potential for extensions or future hire.
The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team. The HRIS Analyst is the liaison between Human Resources and Information Technology team, while supporting automation deliverables in the multiple systems and with initiatives. This role also supports Benefit's and Payroll's use of the HRIS and Time and Attendance System. This position ensures the integrity of Human Resources data and oversees the testing of system changes, report writing, and analysis of data flows for process improvements.
The HRIS Analyst must be advanced in building custom reports in UKG’s ‘business intelligence’ reporting tool, and have participated in actual system to system conversions as a key player. They must be able to extract complex data from the client's system that can be passed over for import into Workday (or other systems) and they will be a large part of what is done many times over as they work through the process to migrate DON people onto client's platforms.
Responsibilities:
Act as the System Administrator for HRIS system-UKG:
Work with consultant(s) in implementing new web-based tools
Process Associate Change Forms (ACF’s) & new hires on a weekly basis This includes but is not limited to promotions, transfers, union increases, creating new job titles, new hire upload and pay adjustments
Create and assign proper roles for each employee and manager role.
Create and provide standard and ad-hoc reports and queries
Support Benefits by enrolling or terminating associates from their medical benefits. Also support the 1095-C process
Duties within UKG, Power BI, Cornerstone and Verint:
Support systems upgrades, patches, testing, table maintenance, and other system related assignments
Ensure the quality and accuracy of data within systems, update individual and tool data and reset passwords for all systems
Work as the liaison between HR and IT Department on hardware and software issues.
Identify areas for streamlining processes through automation and improving the value of data that is provided to internal customers for business decisions
Administer the annual Open Enrollment Benefit session in UltiPro to include communications and tools to facilitate the Associate enrollment
Manage the Company merit increase database
Distribute and manage the annual Standards of Conduct electronic process
Manage AAP, VETS 4212, EEO-1 and other regulatory reporting
Create surveys and processes survey responses for reporting
Identify as “super-user” for Cornerstone, learning management system and Power BI for HR reporting analytics
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must have 3-5 years of UltiPro
Strong Excel experience
Advanced understanding in building custom reports in UKG’s ‘business intelligence’ reporting tool
