Job Description: Mobile Tester
Position: Mobile Automation Tester
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Mobile Automation Tester to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation frameworks, mobile platforms (iOS & Android), and ensuring high-quality app releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for mobile applications (iOS and Android).
- Work with QA and development teams to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scope.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and UI testing.
- Maintain and enhance automation frameworks and test suites.
- Ensure test cases cover cross-device, OS versions, and screen resolutions.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Report and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure app quality.
- Provide test coverage reports and maintain testing documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mobile Automation Tester.
- Strong hands-on experience with Appium, Selenium, Espresso, or XCUITest.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
- Experience with mobile testing frameworks and tools (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, etc.).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
- Experience testing across multiple devices, OS versions, and emulators/simulators.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and tools like Postman for integration testing.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
