- 60 Months experience as a software or application architect
- 60 Months experience in software development on various platforms, such as WebSphere, ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, Oracle Application Express, UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform.
- 60 Months experience performing software and application design and architecture as part of strategic initiatives.
- 36 Months experience with cloud providers and cloud native solutions
- 36 Months experience mentoring other architects and development managers
- 36 Months experience as a technical lead on medium to large projects, which can be defined as having one or more of the following: a project team size greater than 5 people; a duration of at least one year; a project budget of at least $250,000; and reporting to agency executive leadership.
