Location & Work Arrangement

Key Project Lead Responsibilities
The candidate will serve as the systems program project lead, focusing on mission-critical applications for the Division of Child and Family Services and Adult Protective Services.
System Modernization and Interfacing
- Project Leadership: Serve as the systems program project lead for new DSS child welfare Re-Engineering projects.
- Interface Development: Lead the development of system modifications to support interfaces with core systems, including the Child Support System, PACSS, and CAPSS.
- Bi-directional Interfaces: Lead the development of bi-directional interfaces with external state agencies (Health and Human Services, Education, Mental Health) ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
- Federal Mandates: Assist in the planning and system design to implement new CCWIS (Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System) and AFCARS (Adoption and Foster Care Analysis and Reporting System) federal requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Lead the development and implementation of CAPSS changes related to the Michelle H. settlement agreement and assist with development for the Families First Preventive Services Act (FFPSA).
Maintenance and Reporting
- Application Support: Assist with ongoing maintenance and operations of the Child and Adult Protective Services systems and all sub-systems.
- Data Reporting: Develop data files for federal reporting, state reporting, and ad hoc requests.
- Daily Coding: Daily duties include developing and modifying VB/ASP.net and C# code that accesses MS SQL 2019 Databases.
Required Technical Expertise

| MS Tools/Servers | 5 Years (Required) | Experience with Microsoft operating systems and at least two application, database, messaging, or web server systems (e.g., MS Server, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Visual Studio). |
