Summary:
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of a new Watchtower tool, a critical application used by field technicians and front-line employees. This role will drive the product lifecycle from discovery through design, development, testing, and release, ensuring the solution meets the needs of approximately 30,000 users.

Summary:

Job at a glance:

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery ? design ? development ? testing ? release.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to align requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure the tool meets usability standards for front-line employees and supports efficient network issue diagnosis.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of front-line tools and their operational impact.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and ability to work with design teams.
- Experience with Smartsheet and Jira for project and workflow management.
- Technically savvy with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements (coding not required).
